Embroidery
We offer the highest quality custom embroidery on a variety of items
including shirts, jerseys, hats, visors and bags. We can create custom
graphics for you or give us yours and we'll reproduce it!
As a child, most of us went
to the Fair or Carnival and had our names written on a hat. The operator
would take a hat and guide it under a stationery needle to make a name. The
results were pretty bad.
Today, computers guide the
needle, the colors used, the number of stitches, etc. In order to get your
design or corporate logo in to a form the computer can read, a technician
has to plot the path for the needle. This process is known as “Digitizing”
Most Corporate logos for
the front chest would cost approximately $100 to digitize. Jacket backs
which are very large might cost several hundred dollars. A disk is created
and may be used over and over, so the digitizing fee is a one time fee.
The price of embroidery
will vary depending on the number of stitches in the design, and the number
of items being embroidered at one time. Most embroidery machines have 6
“heads” or places to put items ready for the same embroidery. If you
embroider less than 6, five heads sit vacant and the embroidery house loses
money.
